Terms and Conditions for Burphy Partnership

Grant of Rights

Metanopoly grants Burphy the exclusive right to use one (1) character from the Metanopoly NFT collection. This right is limited to the specified character only and does not include any other Metanopoly assets, branding, or intellectual property.

Ownership & Usage Restrictions

• Metanopoly retains full ownership of the character and all associated rights.

• Burphy cannot resell, transfer, or sublicense the character rights to any third party.

• Any modifications or adaptations require Metanopoly’s written approval.

Financial & Liability Disclaimer

• Metanopoly is not responsible for any losses, damages, or financial risks incurred by Burphy in using the character.

• Burphy acknowledges that all investments, business decisions, and actions related to the character are at their own risk.

• Burphy agrees to Do Your Own Research (DYOR) before engaging in any financial or strategic activities involving the character.

No Guarantees or Warranties

• Metanopoly does not guarantee any financial success, brand value, or profitability from the use of the character.

• The partnership does not imply future collaborations, profit-sharing, or exclusivity beyond the agreed character.
